How does it work?
You apply, secure a U.S. job in an eligible profession, receive employer support for your TN visa, and begin working in the United States with the option to renew your stay.
When does it start?
Unlike programs tied to a specific season, the TN Visa doesn’t have a fixed start date; you can begin at any time of the year once you’ve secured a job offer and your visa is approved.

The preparation happens online, and job placements take place across the United States with established U.S. employers in professional fields such as business, hospitality, IT, engineering, and more.

Here's how it works
Prescreening
We start with an initial video call to meet you, review your profile, and explain the full TN Visa process from start to finish. We prepare you for the employer interview, guide you through the required paperwork, and support you through each step; from job offer to visa approval, so you always know what comes next.
Interviews
We help you build a strong, professional CV tailored to increase your chances of being hired. We guide you through available job opportunities and help you choose the role that best matches your profile and goals. We then schedule your employer interviews and prepare you to perform at your best. If you are not selected on the first attempt, we provide feedback, refine your approach, and continue supporting you until you secure a job offer.
Visa Process
We prepare all required agreements and support you in gathering the necessary visa documents. We guide you step by step through scheduling your visa interview and ensure you understand each stage of the process. We also prepare you for your interview at the U.S. Embassy to maximize your chances of approval.
During your Program
Throughout your time in the U.S., we offer continuous support, including guidance with housing and help resolving any issues with your employer. We also support you with any necessary paperwork, such as travel authorizations or employer transfers if required.

- You have a job offer in an eligible TN profession in the United States

The Aspen Experience TN Program is designed as a complete, end-to-end pathway to secure a professional role in the United States, with structured support at every stage.
Program Fees:
- Administrative Fee (non-refundable): € 900 – payable at sign-up
- Program Fee: € 1,199 – payable after passing the employer interview
*Other costs not included:
Visa Interview Fee $185: Must be paid before your visa interview (on local US Embassy’s website). Once paid, it’s non-refundable. Additional reciprocity fees can vary, depending on if you choose a 1 or 3 year visa. This is paid after your visa is approved ($104-$382).
The Program Price has to be paid as follows:
- First installment: € 900 (non-refundable) – to be paid at sign-up.
- Second installment: € 1,199 – to be paid within 3 days after passing the job interview
The TN Visa allows you to work in the United States for up to 3 years per approval, with the option to renew as long as you continue to meet the program requirements. After your job ends or if you change employers, your status can be updated or extended depending on your situation.
To apply for the TN Visa Program, you will need:
- A valid passport
- University degree or proof of professional qualifications, (cédula profesional)
- Updated CV (resume)
- Job offer from a U.S. employer (provided through the program)
- TN support letter from the employer (we provide it after hiring)
- Any additional supporting documents depending on the job role
