Business Development Program Coordinator
Department: Business Development
Location: Remote
Benefits: Allowance for Gym Membership and/or Health Insurance
Job Description:
In this role, you will nurture key partnerships and provide excellent guidance to potential clients to ensure their smooth admission to the program, supporting the organization’s goal of facilitating international career development opportunities.
Main tasks:
- Coordinate consultation bookings through the online calendar and the CRM.
- Review profiles of potential clients to ensure they meet the program requirements.
- Handle consultations with potential clients through videoconference.
- Provide timely customer support through WhatsApp and E-Mail.
- Issue contracts and invoices, and follow up to close sales.
- Support the department’s expansion by nurturing various partnerships.
You could be a good fit if you:
- Are fluent in English (C1 level or higher).
- Are able to handle high-volume administrative tasks efficiently.
- Have experience with international work/study programs.
- Have experience with digital tools such as CRM systems.
- Are flexible with your schedule and can collaborate across time zones.
Placements & Compliance Program Coordinator
Department: Placements & Compliance
Location: Remote

Job Description:
In this role, you will process participant applications, preparing them for placements, to support the organization’s goal of facilitating international career development programs.
Main tasks:
- Educate participants on program requirements and eligibility criteria.
- Provide timely customer support through WhatsApp and E-Mail.
- Facilitate the communication between participants and Sponsors.
- Assist with document signing and verification.
- Maintain organized records in the CRM and all other platforms.
- Track processing times and proactively address delays.

- Are fluent in English (C1 level or higher).
- Are able to handle high-volume administrative tasks efficiently.
- Have experience with international work/study programs.
- Have experience with digital tools such as CRM systems.
- Are flexible with your schedule and can collaborate across time zones.
