OUR APPROACH
We deliver everything you need to jumpstart a successful career in hospitality.
No fluff – just a pragmatic and structured approach for obtaining an Internship in Spain.
Here's how it works
Prescreening
We schedule an initial video call, to meet you in person and offer a clear understanding of the entire process, from passing the Sponsor interview, to filling out the required paperwork, getting hired, applying for the visa interview and getting the visa approved. We prepare you for the Sponsor interview, and help you maximise the chances of being accepted in the program. We guide you step by step through the heavy paperwork process, so you don’t have to remember all the details at once.
Interviews
We help you create the ideal Resume, in a way that maximises your chances of getting hired. We offer counsel through navigating the extensive list of jobs available, and choosing the opportunity that best fits your needs. We schedule the employer interview for you, and help you maximise your chances of getting hired. In case you don’t get hired from the first try, we review your experience, help you improve your interview skills, and start the process all over, until you get hired (our participants hired rate is 100%).
Visa Process
We prepare all the agreements and help you obtain the visa documents. We guide you step by step through the complex process of scheduling the visa interview. We prepare you for the interview with the Spanish Embassy, and help you maximise your chances of getting the visa approved (our visa approval rate is 98%).
During your Internship
We offer medical insurance for the entire period of your program, for no additional cost. We offer you support along the way for the whole internship period. We help you find housing in Spain. We assist you in solving any issues you might have with your employer. We prepare the paperwork in case you need to travel outside of Spain, or transfer to another property.
