Interviews

Visa Process
We prepare all the agreements and help you obtain the visa documents. We guide you step by step through the complex process of scheduling the visa interview. We prepare you for the interview with the US Embassy, and help you maximise your chances of getting the visa approved (our visa approval rate is 98%).
During your Internship
We offer medical insurance for the entire period of your program, for no additional cost. We offer you support along the way for the whole internship period. We help you find housing in the USA. We assist you in solving any issues you might have with your employer. We prepare the paperwork in case you need to travel outside of the US, or transfer to another property.

You qualify for the Hospitality Internship/Trainee Program in USA if you meet the following criteria:
- You are at least 18 years old.
- You are going to train in a field related to your academic or professional background.
- You are sufficiently proficient in English to successfully interact in an English-speaking environment.
- You are able to commit to stay in the US throughout the entire duration of the program.
- You have a passport valid at least 6 months past your program end date.
- Interns: you are currently enrolled in and successfully completed at least one semester of studies at a foreign degree or certificate-granting post-secondary academic institution outside USA; OR have graduated from such an institution no more than 12 months prior to the Program start date.
- Trainees: you have a degree or professional certificate from a foreign post-secondary academic institution, obtained more than 12 months prior to the Program start date, AND have at least one year of work experience outside USA; OR you have at least five years of work experience outside USA;
The Program Price payable to Aspen Experience consists in:
- Administrative Fee (non-refundable): € 900 – payable at sign-up.
- Base Program Price: € 3,399 – payable after passing the employer interview.
Program Price includes:
- Official Job Offer;
- Work Permit (DS-2019 Form);
- Training Plan (DS-7002 Form);
- Medical Insurance for the duration of the Program;
- Signup interview and documents processing;
- Initial video call training and coaching for the employer interview;
- Pre-Departure Orientation session before leaving to USA;
- Aspen Experience Membership, which includes prior access to new jobs and 24/7 assistance throughout the Program.

The Program Price has to be paid as follows:
- First installment: € 900 – to be paid within 3 days after signing the agency agreement (covers the Administrative Fee and it is non-refundable)
- Second installment: € 3,399 – to be paid within 3 days after passing the job interview
The Hospitality Internships Program in USA consists in a working visa and a travel period:
- Work permit period: 5-12 months, start date all year-round.
- Travel period: J-1 students are entitled to a 30-day grace period, after their work permit end date, for traveling within USA.
In order to sign-up for the Hospitality Internship and Training Program in USA you need to send us the following documents:
- English resume;
- Copy of your passport, valid at least 6 months past your program end date;
- Copy of your school transcript;
- Copy of your diploma (if the case);
- Proof of work experience (if the case).
